Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a delivery driver in Santa Ana, CA. You will make 10–12 stops daily, handle freight and paperwork, and provide excellent customer service.

You will perform required inspections, monitor vehicle condition, and ensure hazmat shipping papers comply with DOT regulations. Build strong customer relationships and grow product knowledge within the Linde network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two years driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last ten years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and arrange vehicle repairs as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn about Linde's operations to support growth.
