Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Waste Transportation specialist to provide transportation and disposal services for clients. Responsibilities include manifesting, packaging, spill response, labeling, loading/unloading, coordinating transportation, and sampling/profiling waste materials per regulatory requirements.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED; a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manifest, package, spill clean-up and labeling per policy.
• Coordinate transportation and sampling of waste streams.
• Maintain professional image and respond to client inquiries.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Understand DOT/EPA and internal disposal paperwork requirements.
• Operate and maintain equipment for efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
