Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a supervisor for our semiconductor facility, responsible for directing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, safety, and environmental compliance.

The role includes overseeing equipment, guiding training, and preparing reports while enforcing OSHA, EPA, DOT, TSCA compliance. BS in chemistry required with 4–6 years hazardous waste experience; HAZWOPER certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related science required.
• 4–6 years hazardous waste experience preferred.
• HAZWOP​​ER Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies per site and regional requirements.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations.
• Arrange required training courses for staff.
• Operate and maintain equipment for optimum performance.
• Train team members to meet performance standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate with clients as needed.
