Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC, in partnership with Clean Earth, is recruiting for an Operations Supervisor to oversee hazardous materials handling, logistics, and field operations. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications include 2+ years handling hazardous materials, 1+ year leading a team, forklift certification, knowledge of RCRA, DOT, EPA rules, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with hazardous materials.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team.
• Forklift certified with safe driving record preferred.
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, EPA, and state waste regulations.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack to load/unload trucks.
• Ability to use a computer for web-based training and inventory tracking purposes.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational documentation including reports, licenses, procedures, DOT requirements, and order requirements.
• Supervise team of technicians and oversee large projects and orders from receipt to settlement.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and supplies with other sites.
• Manage scheduled pickups and deliveries and communicate with customer service.
