Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead field teams in the safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will coordinate subcontractors, train staff, and help prepare estimates and contracts to ensure compliant service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in hazardous waste, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge to support continuous, value-added services for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry or related science.
• 5–7 years hazardous waste experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service teams delivering hazardous and non-hazardous waste services.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel per job specs and regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to field staff.
• Prepare project estimates and assist with contracts.
