Job summary

Clean Harbors in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join our safety-conscious team. You will perform tasks in hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials.

New hires attend a two-week paid Academy training, which may be out of state and expense coverage is provided by the company. The role operates in a leading environmental services company with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Willing to be on-call for emergency response; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Background check, drug test, and medical examination may be required by position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety takes priority and follow all policies and procedures.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor and operate hand tools and powered equipment.
• Work in various temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Handle hazardous waste and materials in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Be on-call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Attend compliance and safety update meetings.
