Job summary

Clean Harbors in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Field Services Technician III to join our safety conscious team. This role will be active in the field responsible for the performance of tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials, with little or no supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Field Service Technician work.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Background check, drug test, and physical may be required by position.
• Ability to perform physical functions per key responsibilities.
• On-call/emergency response required and may include weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain health and safety as the top priority.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor and operate hand and powered tools.
• Work in various weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments.
• Perform field sampling, calibrations, and documentation as required.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week.
