Clean Harbors in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join our safety conscious team. The role supports hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, and decontamination in the field, with a two-week paid Academy training (out-of-state maybe) and company-covered expenses.

Qualifications

• Background check, drug test, and medical examination required by position.
• On-call responsibilities including potential weekend/holiday work.
• Ability to perform physical functions as detailed in responsibilities.
• Respiratory protection per OSHA standard, facial hair guidelines apply.
• Preferred: valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Health and Safety as a top priority by following policies and procedures.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and power tools, including vibration-producing tools.
• Wear PPE and respiratory protection as required.
• Work in varying temperatures, indoors and outdoors, and in potentially hazardous environments.
• Inspect drums for integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Safely load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Support field sampling and meter calibration activities.
