Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC seeks a supervisor to lead field teams at a semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring safe disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will coordinate subcontractors, provide training, and assist with project estimates and contract preparation.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry or related field, 5–7 years hazardous waste experience, and 1–2 years supervisory background. A valid driver's license and 40-hour HAZWOPER training are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or BA in a related science discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 to 7 years of hazardous waste experience required.
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages team(s) including hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Complies with regulations and VES-TS policies; recognizes opportunities to increase value-added services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, and department procedures.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of DOT/EPA and VES-TS paperwork.
• Ensure completion of OSHA training and refresher courses.
• Oversees the operation and maintenance of all equipment for efficiency.
