• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team(s), hiring, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (DOT/EPA/OSHA) and safety policies.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field staff per project specs.
• Prepare project estimates and assist with proposals.
• Maintain operation and maintenance of equipment for efficiency.
• Prepare and review regulatory paperwork.
