Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to quarterback the end-to-end service cycle for hazardous waste customers. You will act as the primary contact, ensuring seamless communication, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining EPA, RCRA, and OSHA compliance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel occasionally (2-5 days per quarter) for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/fulfillment and waste management is preferred.
• Knowledge of EPA/RCRA/DOT regulations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers within assigned branch territories and quarterback the customer service cycle.
• Own internal and external communications for all customer service aspects.
• Coordinate with Veolia resources to respond to requests and ensure EPA, RCRA, DOT compliance.
• Create accurate Jobs/Tickets and share necessary information with operations and Billing Coordinator.
• Assist with quoting new service code categories and surcharges for customers.
• Collaborate with Contract Control and territory Account Manager to update price books.
• Coordinate with branch operations and disposal facilities to schedule and inform customers of service dates.
• Assist Billing Coordinator with invoicing and supporting documents.
