Job summary

Veolia in North America is the top environmental company in the United States, offering water, waste, and energy management services. This role quarterbacks the customer fulfillment process from order through billing, ensuring efficient service delivery for Hazardous Waste.

The position requires strong customer service experience, knowledge of waste management and regulatory frameworks (EPA/RCRA/DOT), and ability to collaborate across functions. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/fulfillment.
• Experience in waste management and disposal.
• Preferred degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and provide an excellent customer experience by quarterbacking all aspects of the customer service cycle.
• Own the communication for all aspects of customer service, both internal and external.
• Coordinate with branch operations team and disposal facilities to schedule requests and communicate the scheduled date to the customer once confirmed.
• Work with Billing Coordinator on invoicing for customer jobs and review supporting documents.
