Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a customer fulfillment professional to quarterback the end-to-end process from order to billing for hazardous waste services. You will serve as the primary contact in your branch, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure fast, accurate service and adherence to pricing and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, meticulous data work, and proactive problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in customer service/fulfillment.
• Experience of waste management and disposal.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and provide an excellent customer experience by quarterbacking all aspects of the customer service cycle.
• Own the communication for all aspects of customer service; ensure clear and proactive updates to internal teams and clients.
• Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and consult with TRS for complex cases and approvals where needed.
• Take customer orders for service requests; manage Jobs and Tickets with customers to gather required information.
• Coordinate with Account Manager for high-value/strategic pricing and update pricebooks after agreement.
• Coordinate pickup requests with scheduler and communicate scheduled dates to customers.
• Collaborate with Billing Coordinator on invoicing and resolve ticket errors related to pricebook setup.
