Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a Customer Fulfillment Specialist in Marlborough, MA to quarterback the end-to-end service cycle from order to billing. You will coordinate with internal teams, ensure EPA/RCRA compliance, and keep customers informed with accurate Jobs/Tickets.

Responsibilities include managing service requests, supporting pricing and billing, and collaborating across branches to schedule disposal and waste services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/fulfillment
• Experience with waste management and disposal
• Preferred degree or equivalent in science, mathematics, or business

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and coordinate service cycles.
• Create and manage Jobs/Tickets with required details for operations and billing.
• Assist with quoting service code categories and surcharges.
• Coordinate with branch ops and disposal facilities to schedule requests.
• Support billing and invoicing with supporting documents.
