Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a dedicated customer fulfillment professional to quarterback the service cycle from order to billing. You will be the primary contact for regional customers, coordinating with internal Veolia teams to ensure compliant and cost-efficient solutions for hazardous waste management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in technical customer support, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to meet EPA/RCRA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in technical customer support or similar.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste/materials industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers in assigned territories and quarterback the service cycle.
• Coordinate with internal Veolia resources to fulfill requests and maintain EPA/RCRA compliance.
• Create and manage WIPs per EPA/RCRA requirements and support complex approvals.
• Communicate requirements for service requests to ensure compliant and timely deliveries.
• Support invoicing and price-book updates with operations andBilling Coordinator.
