Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator in Henderson, CO to quarterback the customer service cycle from order to billing, ensuring exceptional service and cost efficiency in hazardous waste management.

You will own communications, create WIPs, manage jobs/tickets, and collaborate with scheduling, pricing, and billing teams to deliver accurate, timely service to branches and customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in customer service/fulfillment.
• Experience of waste management and disposal.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and quarterback the service cycle.
• Own internal and external communications for all customer service aspects.
• Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and select approvals codes.
• Consult with Technical & Regulatory Specialist for new complex WIPs and approvals.
• Take customer orders for service requests and create Jobs/Tickets.
• Coordinate pickup requests with scheduler and inform the customer of scheduled dates.
• Review and manage ticket errors after HT conversion and coordinate corrections with pricing.
• Work with Billing Coordinator on invoicing for customer jobs.
• Manage other customer requests and reach out to Veolia resources as needed.
