Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a CDL Driver to operate on a mainly local route, packing, transporting, and disposing of waste per environmental policies. Requires a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and compliance with DOT regulations.

The role involves completing paperwork, loading/unloading at various sites, and delivering high levels of customer service while adhering to safety standards. Training provided; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have valid ClassB CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug test, and background checks.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in basic Windows-based software (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Package and transport waste safely per all regulations.
• Complete required paperwork per regulations and policies.
• Load/unload materials at customer sites or Clean Earth locations.
• Prepare and load truck with supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts daily.
• Perform documented pre-trip and post-trip checks.
• Plan routes based on daily paperwork and schedules.
• Follow routing software and DOT guidelines.
