ProService Hawaii is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to oversee the full client lifecycle—from contract signing to ATS go‑live and ongoing service management. You will own post‑sale relationships, surface issues early, and advocate for clients while coordinating with the TalentPro unit in Hawaii.

The role requires configuring ATS/CRM/HRIS platforms, building scalable workflows, and continuously improving delivery playbooks to sustain long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end client engagements with successful go‑lives.
• Comfortable configuring platforms such as ATS/CRM/HRIS and building workflows independently.
• Experience holding vendors accountable to SLAs and escalating strategically.
• Ability to improve service processes and redesign solutions impacting downstream teams.
• Fast learner capable of adapting to new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding: kickoff, ATS configuration, workflow setup, and first slate delivery on time.
• Own the post‑sale client relationship, proactively managing service health and acting as primary contact.
• Manage Talent OS vendor relationships with clear performance expectations and escalation as needed.
• Configure and troubleshoot ATS and integrated platforms independently.
• Design and improve TalentPro’s service delivery playbook and infrastructure.
• Identify and close service gaps using client feedback and SLA data.
