At ProService, TalentPro is our newest business unit focused on managed recruiting for Hawaii employers. The Client Delivery Manager owns the full client lifecycle—from signed contract through ATS go‑live, ongoing service management, and continuous improvement of the service.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding: kickoff, ATS configuration, workflow setup, and first candidate slate delivery on time.
- Own the post‑sale client relationship, proactively managing service health, surfacing issues before they rise, and acting as the primary contact throughout the engagement.
- Manage the Talent OS vendor relationship with clear performance expectations, escalating strategically, and advocating for clients when platform performance falls short.
- Configure and troubleshoot the ATS and integrated platforms independently, translating client business requirements into system workflows without relying on vendor support for routine setup.
- Design, document, and continuously improve TalentPro’s service delivery playbook, building the operational infrastructure that will sustain the service long term.
- Identify and close service gaps by analyzing client feedback, pipeline data, and SLA performance, acting on findings rather than merely reporting them.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in client delivery, platform management, or managed services—owned end‑to‑end engagements with successful go‑lives and resolutions of mid‑engagement issues.
- Comfortable configuring and troubleshooting platforms such as ATS, CRM, HRIS, or equivalent, independently building workflows and diagnosing issues.
- Experience holding vendors accountable to SLAs, pushing back when performance slips, and escalating strategically without reaction.
- Demonstrated ability to build or meaningfully improve a service process, identifying gaps and redesigning solutions that positively impact downstream teams or clients.
- Fast learner capable of picking up new domains quickly and becoming credible within months.
