Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1–4 years of construction experience, preferably with CM firm, GC, or owner’s rep.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field observations and document progress, means and methods.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, photo logs, and observation records.
• Assist with RFI coordination, submittal tracking, and distribution of responses.
• Support quality control/QA efforts, including inspection coordination.
• Monitor schedule progress and provide updates to project controls.
• Assist with change order documentation and quantity verification.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings and site walks.
• Help develop punch lists and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and design team on field issues.
• Promote and support site safety practices per project and company requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and support document control processes.
