Tyson Foods is hiring a Hatchery Worker for the Green Forest Hatchery on 1st shift (Mon Tue Thu Fri). Hours typically 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. with a 4-day work week and flexible end times.

Starting pay is $16.90 per hour. The role involves moving racks weighing up to 900 lbs, maintaining sanitation, and handling eggs and chicks per welfare guidelines. Responsibilities

• Move racks of product weighing up to 900 lbs or more throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including sanitation tasks.
• Practice safe and delicate egg and chick handling and follow Animal Welfare guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling and complete tasks assigned by management.
• Perform physical tasks including standing 10+ hours, lifting up to 30 lbs (or more with assistance).
• Work in warm/humid conditions and in areas with allergens; follow biosecurity policies.
