Must have a flexible work schedule.****Starting Pay: $16.90/hr** **Job Responsibilities:** · Job Responsibilities vary, the Team Member will be primarily responsible for moving racks of product weighing approximately 900 lbs. or greater consistently throughout the day, approximately 48 racks, and or boxes throughout the facility in a concerted manner, they will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This will include but not limited to counting, reading, scrubbing, soaping, rinsing, disinfecting, mopping, or buffing to meet all sanitation requirements set forth. The team member will also be responsible for practicing safe and delicate egg and chick handling, as well as promoting and practicing proper Animal Welfare Guidelines. · Must be willing and able to have a flexible schedule and complete all tasks or duties assigned by management. **Physical Requirements: Must be willing and able to perform the following:**· Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.· Must be willing and able to stand for extended periods up to 10 plus hours.· Must be willing and able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally throughout the shift.
