Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Hatchery Worker Labor HY01 for the 1st shift (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri). Hours vary 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

or until finished, with a 4-day work week and starting pay of $16.90/hr. This role requires lifting heavy loads, moving racks, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced hatchery. Applicants should be flexible with scheduling, able to stand long hours, and willing to comply with biosecurity and animal welfare policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer in the last 12 months.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Move racks of product weighing up to 900 lbs or more and many boxes throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow sanitation and animal welfare guidelines.
