Job summary

Civicworks in Hartford, CT is seeking a Community Reinvestment Program Manager to lead statewide reinvestment initiatives in disproportionately impacted areas. Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of professional experience, with at least one (1) year in community reinvestment, program management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of project management, business and public administration principles, and relevant state and federal laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to analyze organizational problems and develop solutions.
• Experience with grant program creation and management, contract management, and compliance.
• Experience working with diverse communities and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community reinvestment programs in disproportionately impacted areas across the state.
• Coordinate with state agencies and stakeholders to administer grants and contracts.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to support program effectiveness.
• Support long-term economic development initiatives focused on equitable prosperity and reinvestment in communities affected by the war on drugs.
