Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the CT region offices (Hartford, Bridgeport, New Haven) and drive daily operations, staff supervision, and contract compliance.

The role includes budget oversight, program reporting, and building community partnerships to deliver high-quality services to youth and families. Strong leadership and trauma-informed practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Human Services.
• Experience supervising staff in a community-based setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program office operations and staff for CT locations (Hartford, Bridgeport, New Haven).
• Manage contracts, budgets, and ensure compliance with service delivery.
• Lead reporting and quality improvement to meet program goals.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships and staff development.
• Recruit, train, and supervise direct service and administrative personnel.
