The Connection seeks a Program Manager I for the REACH program in Hartford, CT. This full-time role focuses on program operations, development, and quality assurance, supporting clients and staff to ensure sustainability.

Responsibilities include working within Adult Services and collaborating with Community Justice staff to rehabilitate and guide clients from incarceration back into the community. A Bachelor’s degree and CT driver’s license are required.

Program: REACH (Re-Entry Assisted Community Housing)

Location: Hartford

Salary: $65,000/year

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday (8-4p)

Position Summary

The Program Manager 1 is responsible for program operations, development, and quality assurance. The Program Manager I will provide support, training and assistance to clients and staff to ensure program sustainability. This position is Exempt and works under the supervision of Program Management.

Working within Adult Services, the Program Manager 1 within the REACH program works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years related experience and supervision
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License

Orientation

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
