HorseShoe Beverage Company is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Associate in Terre Haute, IN. This role focuses on guiding riders from test rides to their Harley-Davidson purchase, building long-term customer relationships and delivering a high-energy, customer-first experience.

You will meet sales goals, present product features, and manage processes with care, while staying engaged in ongoing training and team collaboration. Harley-Davidson product knowledge and a passion for riding are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in face-to-face customer sales (B2C).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and/or other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term relationships with customers and have fun talking about motorcycles.
• Attain new and used sales goals as agreed upon with the sales manager.
• Present the features and benefits of motorcycle products to customers, showing the unique advantages.
• Follow business transaction processes timely and accurately.
• Introduce new customers to the other departments and their personnel.
• Welcome all customers to the dealership and take ownership of providing a positive experience.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
• Use a common and consistent sales process for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and purchases.
• Contact customers using personal follow-up to encourage additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction, and ask for referrals.
• Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to “Make Things Right”.
• Attend training sessions to keep current with sales techniques and sales department issues.
