Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in motorcycle service writing.
• Well spoken with excellent telephone skills.
• Positive associate delivering exceptional personalized service to guests and community.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information for parts and service.
• Help maximize dealership sales of parts and service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Service Manager/Director, vehicle sales managers, and technicians.
• Greet service customers warmly and be an excellent host.
• Listen to customers' reasons for the service and provide accurate estimates.
