Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group seeks a Service Technician to join the Beaumont Harley-Davidson team. You will deliver high-quality service to HD motorcycles and assist customers with clear explanations of repairs.

Must have a motorcycle endorsement, 3+ years of experience, and Harley-Davidson MMI certification. Competitive weekly pay and ongoing training opportunities are offered as part of a team-oriented, customer-service focused environment at Ed Morse.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid motorcycle endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of motorcycle technician experience.
• MMI Certification for Harley-Davidson.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits.
• Ability to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all HD motorcycles.
• Pre-employment background & drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to customers.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers in non-technical terms.
• Design, modify, and repair electrical systems and replace malfunctioning electrical components.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
