Houston Community College is seeking a part-time Hardware/Software Technician for the Southwest College Staff Pool in Houston, TX. You will install, repair, and maintain PC hardware and software, assisting users and supporting campus technology services.
This role emphasizes hands-on technical support, routine maintenance, and collaboration with IT staff to evaluate new equipment and keep systems running smoothly for students and staff.

Associate’s degree or certification in a related field required. Two (2) years directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
One (1) year of recent experience in hard/software technical support (HCCS experience is considered on a two for one basis).
