Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a recruiter with a strong sourcing background to support full-cycle recruiting for hardware and software roles. You will independently source, build pipelines, and engage top technical talent while partnering with senior recruiters, talent partners, and hiring managers to meet hiring objectives.

Ideal candidates will own sourcing from strategy through candidate engagement and contribute to offer processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for hardware and software skillsets.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.
• Experience supporting or managing full-cycle recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently source, identify, and engage passive candidates across hardware and software skillsets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters, talent partners, and hiring managers to understand needs.
• Conduct recruiter screens and candidate assessments.
• Support the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer.
