Job summary

Normal Computing Corp. is seeking a Technical Hardware Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for its silicon organization.

You will partner directly with engineering leaders, source candidates who aren’t actively looking, and close individuals who have multiple offers. The role requires 6+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting for AI, ASIC, RTL, DV, or silicon engineers, with a track record of closing senior engineers and a strong partnership with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in hardware domains.
• Experience recruiting for AI, ASIC, RTL, DV, or silicon roles.
• Proven ability to close senior engineers against competing offers.
• Experience with startups or venture-backed environments.
• Strong collaboration with engineering managers and HR.
• Proficiency with Ashby or similar ATS and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for senior hardware, ASIC, and silicon roles.
• Source and engage top-tier talent in unconventional silicon architecture and related fields.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to align on candidate qualifications.
• Maintain disciplined interview loops with targeted 4–5 rounds.
• Ensure data hygiene and pipeline flow in Ashby for accurate reporting.
• Represent Normal Computing at industry events to engage passive candidates.
