Job summary

SecureVision is seeking a Senior Recruiter for hardware engineering roles. You will embed with a venture-backed hardware company in Los Angeles, operating in-office or remotely within the US.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting for engineering, lead strategic outbound sourcing, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent quickly. You’ll leverage an RPO-backed engine to drive high productivity, maintain clean ATS data, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
• Direct experience hiring hardware engineers: electrical, mechanical, firmware, embedded software, autonomy and robotics.
• A background at robotics, aerospace, automotive, IoT, industrial, or consumer hardware company is a strong plus.
• Technical fluency: PCB design and Altium, embedded C/C++, RTOS and embedded Linux, ROS 2, perception and controls, DFM/DFA, HIL testing.
• Experience carrying a high-volume technical req load during a hiring surge without compromising quality.
• Expert-level LinkedIn Recruiter with proven outbound sourcing track record.
• Comfort working inside client ATS environments with clean data and reporting.
• Judgment on stage fit across startups to large orgs; executive presence for founders/CTOs.
• Client-facing experience or interest in moving toward delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting for one engineering org (electrical, mechanical, firmware, embedded software, autonomy, manufacturing).
• Calibrate quickly by presenting 10 profiles per role to the hiring manager for tight evaluation.
• Strategic outbound sourcing as the primary channel; also manage inbound applications.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations aligned to role stack and behavioral fit.
• Maintain a tight hiring-manager loop with fast follow-up to keep pipeline flowing.
• Achieve quarterly hiring goals and measure them like the client’s internal recruiters.
• Track ARPO metrics (activity, ranking, process, offer) to surface decline risks early.
• Keep ATS data clean with up-to-date notes, scorecards, and statuses.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for all touchpoints with the client’s brand.
