Job summary

SecureVision is seeking a Technical Sourcer to embed with a venture-backed hardware company in Los Angeles, scaling its engineering team. You’ll own the top of the funnel, finding hardware engineers and handing them to recruiters for real conversations, while collaborating within SecureVision’s RPO framework.

You’ll use a modern sourcing stack, craft outbound messages that elicit replies, and maintain ATS/CRM data with precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sourcing in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing engineers, ideally hardware roles: electrical, mechanical, firmware and embedded software, autonomy and robotics, or manufacturing, NPI, and test engineering.
• Strong working technical vocabulary to read hardware resumes and differentiate PCB design, Altium, RTOS vs application software, DFM vs test automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel: identify engineers who build hardware and hands-off to recruiters.
• Execute outbound campaigns with multi-touch, multi-channel outreach.
• Screen candidates against role stack, location/on-site requirements, and provide notes for recruiters.
• Ensure clean data in ATS and CRM, with timely updates and accurate status tracking.
• Support scheduling of recruiter screens and hiring-manager interviews.
