Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to lead hardware talent acquisition for the Air Dominance and Strike divisions. This hybrid onsite/remote role focuses on strategic, data-driven recruitment and collaboration with senior leaders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management, and experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem. DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, with divisional hiring experience.
• Able to present complex data simply and drive a data-driven storyline.
• Experience leading in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment tech and process innovation.
• Eligible for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring strategy for hardware teams within Air Dominance and Strike divisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with TA, hiring managers, and leadership to shape strategy.
• Develop workforce plans and provide regular strategic updates.
• Engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews to optimize interview-to-offer ratios.
• Build talent maps and monitor market trends to adapt strategy.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
• Elevate recruitment practices while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
