You will partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to align schedules and manage risks.

Qualifications
- Degree in STEM with 10+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
- Strong communication with customers and teams.
- Proven cross-functional engineering leadership.
- Experience coordinating prototyping, testing, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead prototype development, testing, and performance validation for CEN hardware.
- Coordinate schedules with program managers and stakeholders.
- Translate engineering concepts into functional prototypes and provide producibility feedback.
- Ensure test readiness, validation, and verification across programs.
- Promote robust test methods, instrumentation, and data-driven decisions.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting test stand equipment.
