Job summary

RTX is seeking a Development & Test Engineering Manager to lead prototype development, testing, and performance validation for Collins Engine Nozzles (CEN) products. You will partner with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to align schedules, communicate progress and risks, and ensure programs stay on track.

This hands‑on role translates designs into functional prototypes, drives test readiness and validation activities, and coordinates resources across suppliers, maintenance, and facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering program management.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and leadership.
• Proven technical leadership and direction in hardware development.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional engineering, prototyping, and test activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation across programs.
• Lead schedules, communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for test stands, equipment, and suppliers.
• Translate CAD concepts into functional prototypes and assess producibility.
