Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Hardware Project Coordinator in Redmond, WA for a 12-month hybrid role. You will coordinate engineering workstreams for smart glasses/AR hardware, manage international shipments, and track prototypes and schedules.

Candidates should have 3+ years in project management, strong Jira usage, and experience coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams. US work authorization is required, and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering workstreams for smart glasses / AR hardware development.
Own and track international shipments, receiving and logistics with Asia experience preferred.
Track prototype builds, engineering deliverables, schedules and dependencies.
Use Jira to manage engineering development activities and project progress.
Coordinate suppliers, purchasing, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and external development partners.
Maintain schedules, dashboards, documentation, SOW tracking and project artifacts across large cross-functional engineering teams.
