Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Coordinator III to support a fast-paced engineering team working on AR hardware and display tech in Redmond, WA.

You will partner with program managers, engineers, and suppliers to coordinate development activities, prototype builds, international shipments, schedules, and deliverables. Ideal candidates bring strong project management, international shipping/logistics, and Jira experience within an engineering development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or education in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple engineering workstreams with program managers, tech leads, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track prototype builds, activities, dependencies, risks, action items, and progress.
• Manage international shipping, receiving, logistics, and shipment tracking for time-sensitive prototypes.
