Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Hardware Project Coordinator in Redmond, WA for a 12-month hybrid role. You will coordinate engineering workstreams for smart glasses/AR hardware, manage international shipments, and track prototypes and schedules.

Candidates should have 3+ years in project management, strong Jira usage, and experience coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams. US work authorization is required, and benefits are offered.

• Coordinate suppliers, purchasing, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and external development partners.
• Maintain schedules, dashboards, documentation, SOW tracking and project artifacts across large cross-functional engineering teams.
