Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates seeks an experienced Project Coordinator III to support a fast-paced engineering organization working on AR hardware and display technology. You will partner with program managers, technical leads, engineers, suppliers, logistics, finance, and purchasing to coordinate development activities, prototype builds, international shipments, schedules, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or education in a related field.
• 3 or more years of program or project management experience.
• Experience building work breakdown structures and supporting schedule and resource planning.
• Ability to construct schedules from the ground up without an established baseline.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple engineering workstreams with PMs, leads, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track prototype builds and overall project progress.
• Manage international shipping, logistics, and shipments.
• Use Jira to track development activities, tasks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with suppliers and development partners on SOWs, proposals, orders, and deliveries.
• Support procurement onboarding with finance and purchasing teams.
• Create dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist engineering teams with development documentation and project artifacts.
• Maintain internal project websites and documentation.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and follow up activities.
