Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the IQ SST program to drive hardware/software development through New Product Introduction and into high-volume manufacturing. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex hardware/software products from development through volume manufacturing.
• Experience managing programs through full product lifecycle including NPI.
• Ability to bridge Engineering and Operations/Procurement and translate between design reviews and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for IQ SST, from design to volume ramp, on schedule and within budget.
• Bridge Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to translate requirements into sourcing and production plans.
• Maintain integrated program schedule across milestones, qualifications, lead times, tooling, and ramp.
• Drive supplier qualification, sourcing strategy, and BOM cost management for high-volume hardware.
• Plan pilot and production line readiness, including line balancing and capacity planning.
