Eight Sleep is seeking a passionate Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead development of innovative hardware products. This role is based in the San Francisco office five days a week and requires coordinating across engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s preferred), 3+ years in program management, and a track record of launching successful products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a program management role.
• Strong communication across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to travel to China as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
• Align with senior leaders to set objectives and design execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
• Navigate project execution ensuring right people work on the right tasks at the right time.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines and the business to align on risks, challenges, and results.
• Champion best practices and processes that scale product development.
