Eight Sleep is seeking a Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead hardware programs from concept to mass production in our San Francisco office. You will drive cross-functional execution, align senior leadership on objectives, and ensure timely delivery of cutting-edge sleep tech.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, a proven track record of launching products, and strong communication across engineering disciplines, with travel to China as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3+ years of program management experience.
• Proven track record of launching successful hardware products.
• Strong communication across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness to travel to China as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of hardware programs from concept to mass production.
• Align senior leadership to establish objectives and execution strategies.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure the right work is done at the right time.
