Eight Sleep, Inc. is seeking a hardware engineering program manager to lead development of new, innovative products in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in our San Francisco office and requires five days on-site.

You will drive hardware programs from concept to mass production, align senior leadership, and ensure the right teams work on the right tasks at the right time. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors in Engineering, 3+ years in program management, a track record of launching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a program management role.
• Track record of launching successful products.
• Strong communication across engineering disciplines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware programs from concept to mass production.
• Establish alignment with senior leaders on objectives and execution strategies.
• Navigate project teams to ensure the right people work on the right tasks.
• Communicate across engineering disciplines to align risks and results.
• Champion best practices for scaling product development processes.
