PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to lead the hardware portfolio across terminals, peripherals, mobility solutions, displays, kiosks, IoT, and emerging technologies. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Customer Success to keep offerings market-leading and profitable.

The role emphasizes lifecycle ownership, business case development, and roadmap planning to deliver customer-focused hardware innovations that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Product Management experience in hardware or related industries.
• Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own PAR's Hardware portfolio throughout the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new hardware products and portfolio expansion.
• Monitor revenue, margin, adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to optimize pricing, inventory, and lifecycle planning.
• Translate customer and business requirements into prioritized product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional readiness for product launches and lifecycle transitions.
