Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Product Management experience in hardware/related industries.
• Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own PAR's Hardware portfolio through lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new hardware products and expansions.
• Monitor revenue, margin, adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to optimize pricing, profitability, inventory, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead cross-functional readiness activities for launches and lifecycle transitions.
