Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Product Management experience in hardware or related industries.
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building business cases and product requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to travel 5-15%.

Responsibilities

• Own PAR's Hardware portfolio lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new hardware products and portfolio expansion.
• Monitor revenue, margin, adoption, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to optimize pricing, profitability, inventory, and lifecycle planning.
• Contribute to short- and long-term roadmaps aligned with hardware growth strategy.
• Translate customer and business requirements into prioritized product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional readiness activities including launches and lifecycle transitions.
• Coordinate with software teams to ensure optimal hardware/software experiences.
