Job summary

Edward Jones in the United States is seeking anExperienced IS professional to support end-user hardware and software across our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO offices.

You will evaluate, integrate and support desktops, laptops, monitors and printers while maintaining complex infrastructure components. Proficiency with Windows scripting and SCCM is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supporting end-user hardware/software in enterprise
• Experience developing, testing, deploying driver/firmware/software in Windows desktops

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation, integration and support of end-user hardware solutions (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers)
• Design, configure, install and maintain complex infrastructure components
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiencies via automation
• Mentor IS associates and assist with technical development
• Provide 24x7 on-call coverage and monitor system logs
