Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Senior year (or equivalent) not required; sophomore completion by start preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in school clubs, sports, or projects.
• Organized and a strong team player with good time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated problem solver able to work with limited supervision.
• Experience with circuit design projects or internships preferred.
• Experience in Python, C, Altium Designer (or similar), Spice, Labworks (or Similar).
• IoT and SolidWorks experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the engineering design process.
• Assist design and evaluation of sensors and IoT technologies for new products.
• Help build and test prototypes and analyze data to assess performance.
• Learn and apply PCB design and layout best practices.
• Participate in design reviews as assigned.
• Prepare written input for project reports on assigned tasks.
• Follow instructions and established guidelines to perform tasks.
• Contribute to testing through reviews and data analysis.
• Work under supervision of more experienced engineers.
• Receive direct assistance on difficult tasks.
